available from Taywell Farm shop, Rolvenden Farmers market every
Thursday morning between 10 am and 12pm,  Edgerton farmers
market on a Friday afternoon between 2 and 4.30pm, alternatively
we are at Cranbrook vestry hall on the 4th Saturday of every
month.

Lamb Tagine (Moroccan  spiced dish using, paprika, almonds and dried
apricots)
Lamb lasagne... a lovely blend of minced lean lamb, with a layer of
saute seasonal greens and fresh pasta, then topped with a white sauce,
shredded mozzarella, basil and sun dried tomatoes  
Irish stew  a lighter classic, made using pearl barley, root vegetables,
leeks and onion, infused with rosemary but NO potatoes
Lamb Nirah Masala... a traditional medium / hot curry made over time
to layer the intense flavours and then finished with coconut cream.

Free range turkey and Toulouse sausage ragout ...a light tomato
based dish, using aduki beans, mung beans and  garlic and pork sausage
Hastings fresh fish pie an old favourite, using only the best seasonal
fish and a delicious white sauce then topped with celeriac and mashed
potato
Seasonal vegetable moussaka
a light vegetable and puy lentil moussaka using chargrilled corgettes and
a white sauce layer
Shepherd less pie
a vegetarian gravy based shepherd’s pie without the meat... Just
oodles of seasonal vegetables and topped with fluffy potato


I make all our produce from our own chemical free vegetables, lamb
and fruit. As well as using local ingredients such as hastings fresh
fish, local free range turkey, free range eggs, cranbrook windmill
flour, Hinxden dairy cream, and local cheese.
